After-Sales Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This After-Sales Policy applies to all products and components supplied by Aerosys Technology ("we", "us", "our"), unless a separate written agreement or order confirmation states otherwise. Please read it before placing an order — it explains how we handle quotations, shipping, inspection, returns, warranty and refunds.

1. Quotations and Order Confirmation

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise on the quotation.
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless a different period is stated.
  • An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation and receive the agreed payment. A quotation or a message on WhatsApp is not, by itself, an accepted order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if the product cannot be supplied, or if the destination, end use or payment party is subject to restrictions.

2. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods are stated on the order confirmation (typically bank transfer).
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion costs and intermediary fees are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Shipping and Lead Time

  • In-stock components are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is cleared.
  • Configured, customised or made-to-order items follow the lead time stated on the order confirmation.
  • Shipping is arranged by international express (DHL / UPS / FedEx) or by air or sea freight, depending on the product and destination.
  • Typical transit time is approximately 3–7 business days for express and 7–21 business days for standard parcel service after dispatch. These figures are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Batteries and other dangerous goods may require special packaging, documentation and handling, and may be shipped separately from other items in the same order.

4. Customs, Duties and Import Responsibility

  • Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, the buyer is the importer of record.
  • The buyer is responsible for import licences, permits, product registrations, customs declarations, import duty, value-added tax and any destination charges.
  • The buyer must confirm that the product may be lawfully imported, possessed and used at the destination.
  • We will not declare a false value, description or origin.
  • Customs processing is outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs delays do not constitute a breach of the delivery terms.

5. Inspection and Claims

  • Inspect the goods promptly on arrival. Preserve all packaging and take photographs or video of any visible damage, shortage or incorrect item.
  • Report shortages, wrong items or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and providing photographs.
  • Do not install, power on, fly or modify a product that may have been damaged in transit until we have given you instructions.
  • Failure to report within the claim window may limit the remedy available to you.

6. Returns

  • Returns require prior written authorisation. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
  • Eligible unused stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
  • To qualify, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unflown and unactivated; complete and undamaged; in its original packaging with labels, accessories and serial numbers intact; and accompanied by proof of purchase and the approved RMA.
  • For change-of-mind returns, ordering errors or incompatibility not caused by us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Where a product is confirmed defective or was incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return shipping.
  • Returned goods are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. A restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns; any such fee will be disclosed before authorisation.
  • The following are not returnable unless confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied: customised, configured, branded or made-to-order items; products that have been installed, activated, flown, modified or repaired; batteries and consumables once used or charged; clearance or final-sale items; and items missing packaging, accessories or serial numbers.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty periods are product-specific and are stated on the product page or on the order confirmation. Where no period is stated, the manufacturer's standard warranty applies.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use and correct installation.
  • Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; battery capacity degradation; crash or impact damage; water, moisture or contamination damage; incorrect voltage or incompatible equipment; unauthorised modification or repair; or operation outside the published specifications.
  • To make a claim, provide the order number, product model and serial number, a clear description of the fault, and photographs, video or logs as reasonably requested.

8. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
  • Original shipping charges, express surcharges, duties, taxes and bank fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our confirmed error.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection. Any price difference, shipping cost, duty or configuration charge is payable by the buyer.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability in respect of any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the affected product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or damage to third-party equipment.
  • Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time your order is confirmed applies to that order.
  • Where an order confirmation, quotation or separate written agreement contains terms that differ from this policy, those terms control for that order.
