1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the separate terms that apply to orders and deliveries, which are set out in our After-Sales Policy and in your order confirmation.

2. Information You Choose to Give Us

We only receive personal information when you decide to contact us. Depending on how you get in touch, this may include the following.

• What you send us: your name, email address, company, country and the content of your enquiry.
• Order and shipping details: where you place an order, the delivery address, contact person and any documentation you ask us to prepare.
• We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not send them through this website.

3. How the Contact Form Works

The contact form on this website is a convenience tool, not a server-side submission. It is worth being precise about what happens when you use it.

• Nothing is transmitted to us when you click the button. The page runs entirely in your browser: it takes the name, email and message you typed and composes a pre-filled WhatsApp message from them.
• Your browser then opens WhatsApp (on the web or in the app) with that message ready to send. We receive nothing until you actually press send inside WhatsApp.
• Until that point, the text you typed exists only in your own browser. We cannot see it, and we do not store it anywhere. This website has no database and no server-side form handler.
• Once you send the message, our conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this one.

4. Information Collected Automatically

This website is served as static files by our hosting provider. As with almost any website, the hosting infrastructure records basic technical data when you request a page.

• Server logs may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string.
• These logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., for the purposes of delivering content, security and abuse prevention. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
• We do not combine this technical data with the information you send us when you make an enquiry.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking

This is the part of the policy we are most often asked about, so we will state it plainly.

• This website sets no cookies. No first-party and no third-party cookies are used.
• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, or any other visitor analytics service, on this website.
• No advertising or tracking pixels. There are no remarketing tags, social plugins, heat-mapping tools or session-recording scripts.
• No browser storage at all. The site does not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or any similar browser mechanism — for analytics, profiling, advertising, identification or preferences. The site has a single fixed light appearance, so there is no theme choice to remember and nothing is written to your device.
• Because no cookies and no tracking are used, you will not see a cookie consent banner on this website — there is nothing to consent to.

6. Third-Party Services

We keep third-party dependencies on this website to a minimum. The following are the only external services involved.

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — used when you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link or the contact form. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting, content delivery and DNS for this website. Cloudflare processes requests on our behalf and its privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Web fonts are self-hosted. The typefaces used on this website are served from our own domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so your IP address is not disclosed to a third party in order to display text.
• If you email us, your message passes through our email provider in the ordinary way.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us for the limited purposes set out below, and nothing else.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To process, fulfil and ship orders, and to provide after-sales support, warranty service and returns handling.
• To keep records of transactions where we are required to do so by tax, accounting or customs law.
• To protect our legal rights and to comply with lawful requests from authorities.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases.

• Contract — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform an order we have agreed with you.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries, to secure our website and systems, and to protect our legal position, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
• Legal obligation — to retain transaction and shipping records where the law requires it.
• Consent — where you have given it for a specific purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

We disclose personal information only where it is necessary, and only to parties who need it.

• To logistics providers, freight forwarders and carriers, in order to deliver goods you have ordered.
• To payment providers and banks, in order to process payment and comply with financial regulations.
• To professional advisers, auditors and insurers where reasonably required.
• To authorities, courts or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

10. International Transfers

We trade internationally, so an order placed from one country may involve suppliers, freight forwarders or banks in another. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, including through the use of standard contractual clauses where appropriate.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires.

• General enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for as long as is reasonably useful to continue the conversation, and are then deleted.
• Order and shipping records are kept for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and customs rules.
• Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data.

• The right to be informed about how your data is used, and to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• The right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• The right to ask us to delete information where there is no continuing lawful reason for us to keep it.
• The right to restrict or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 16. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

13. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. This website is served over HTTPS, has no database and no login area, and therefore presents a deliberately small attack surface. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so that there is less to protect.

14. Children

This website and our products are intended for commercial, professional and industrial buyers. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The points below explain how updates take effect.

• We may update this policy to reflect changes to this website, our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
• Where an order confirmation or separate written agreement contains terms that differ from this policy, those terms control for that order.
