Who this application is for
Site maintenance teams, industrial contractors, agricultural operators and civil equipment integrators.
What to solve first
- Repeated supply trips take technicians away from maintenance work.
- A rated payload alone does not specify load restraint, center of gravity or safe stopping.
- Turns, thresholds and mixed surfaces can make a vehicle unsuitable even when its load rating is sufficient.
How to plan the workflow
Define the complete carried load
Include the crates, platform, restraints, camera, communications hardware and their brackets in the payload calculation. Do not use the chassis rating as a guaranteed useful cargo allowance.
Document the route
Record minimum passage width, turning space, surface condition, slopes, obstacles and pedestrian interaction. Assign an operator and verify a safe operating area.
Compare three transport starting points
Compare AT-W100 for a wheeled carrier, AT-T200 for a tracked carrier and AT-W250 when a larger rated payload is required. Check dimensions and operating conditions on each product page.
Validate controls and observation
Confirm VCU input, receiver channels, emergency stop, video decoding and the independent network plan. Select a modest camera position that does not obstruct load restraint.
Request a configured quotation
Send cargo weight and dimensions, the route, operating time, quantity and destination. Ask which load deck, restraints, receiver and safety components are included before ordering.
Equipment scope and operating limits
This is a transport integration starting point, not a complete autonomous delivery robot. A lift, conveyor, cargo enclosure, person-carrying function and autonomous navigation are not included by inference. Runtime and stopping distance need configuration-specific evidence.
Send these details for a quotation
- Cargo weight and overall size
- Minimum route and doorway width
- Surface, gradients and threshold heights
- Manual or project-specific control requirements
- Quantity, destination and delivery requirement
Frequently asked questions
Is this a complete delivery robot?
No. These are reference selections built around a ground chassis. The cargo deck, restraints, safety equipment, software and interface integration must be specified in the project quotation.
Does the payload rating include the added equipment?
Treat all mounted equipment and cargo as part of the total payload. Confirm the permissible load distribution and center of gravity for the chosen chassis.
Are the three accessory sets tested with these vehicles?
Not yet. They are real catalog products for comparison, not tested kits. Control, power, video, mounting and communications interfaces need confirmation before ordering.
How is a transport system priced?
The selected chassis has its own published configuration price. Controllers, cameras, independent data links, brackets, cargo hardware, freight and taxes are quoted separately. Individual item quantity tiers must not be added into an unverified kit price.
