Why are some products priced on request?

Configurations vary. A heavy-lift VTOL, a 300 km data link or a quadruped robot can be configured with different payloads, bands and interfaces, so a single list price would be fiction. Those models are quoted per configuration — send the requirement, get a written price valid for 14 days.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes — priced lines carry published tiers at 5, 20 and 50 units on the product pages. For example the UniRC 10 Pro ground station is $1,521 at 5 units, $1,420 at 20 and $1,318 at 50 (EXW Hong Kong). Quote requests above 50 units are priced individually.

EXW means I pay shipping separately — how is freight handled?

EXW (Ex Works) prices cover the goods at our Hong Kong facility; freight, insurance and import duties are the buyer's. In-stock components are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment clears, and we ship worldwide with the paperwork your customs broker needs.

Complete aircraft span the widest range in the catalogue, and honestly so:

AT-G07 electric VTOL fixed-wing: $29,493 (1 SET). A 3 m wingspan, 7 kg payload, 20 m/s cruise platform for crews that need runway-free launch with fixed-wing endurance — the workhorse end of the VTOL line.
MT100 heavy-lift quad-rotor: priced on request. 100 kg payload, 200 kg maximum take-off weight, shipped with flight controller, power system, remote controller, camera and RTK. The configuration you choose moves the number, so it is quoted per build.

Why some prices say "on request"

Where a product is a fixed configuration — the UniRC line, the MT11 pod, the D100 — a published price is honest and useful, so we publish it. Where the product is a platform that changes with the requirement — the MT100 build sheet, the T46's band and antenna configuration — a single number would be fictional. Those models get a written quotation per configuration, valid 14 days, with the specification sheet attached. That is not opacity; it is the difference between a price and an estimate.
